At Noko, every product is made specifically for you — printed, embroidered, or otherwise customized according to your order. Because these items are produced on-demand and based on your provided artwork, preferences, and approvals, they fall under the category of custom-made goods.
1. No Returns or Refunds for Customized Products
Under Estonian and EU consumer regulations, customized and personalized goods are not eligible for the standard 14-day return right.
Therefore, all custom-made products (print, embroidery, design services) are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Exceptions — If We Made a Mistake
Even though returns aren’t accepted, your satisfaction matters.
Please contact us at hello@noko.ee within 7 days of receiving your order if:

the product arrives damaged,
-
the print or embroidery differs from the agreed/approved design,
-
the item is defective,
-
or the wrong product was delivered.
In such cases, we will review the issue and provide a replacement (not a refund).
We may ask for photos or videos to verify the problem.
3. Color & Material Disclaimer
Small variations in colors, thread tones, print brightness, or garment texture may occur due to different screens, production processes, and garment batches. These minor variations are not considered defects.
4. Customer Responsibility
Before confirming your order, please ensure:

artwork, spelling, and colors are correct,

product size and model are suitable,

you have reviewed any proofs or previews we send (if applicable).
Production begins based on the details supplied by the customer, and Mille OÜ is not responsible for errors present in the files or instructions provided by the customer.
5. How to Report an Issue
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email us at hello@noko.ee with:

a brief description of the issue,

clear photos showing the problem.
We will reply within 1–3 business days.
