At noko, all items are made-to-order (printing, embroidery, or design work).
Delivery timelines include two phases:

  1. Production time – creating your custom item

  2. Shipping time – delivering the product to you

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Production Time

Our standard production time is:

  • 1–3 business days

Because every item is custom-made, production cannot be expedited beyond this timeframe.


3. Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location:

Estonia (domestic shipping):

  • Parcel machine / courier: 1–4 business days

European Union:

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days

International:

  • Delivery time typically 7–21 business days, depending on the destination

Shipping times do not include customs delays or carrier disruptions.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping is 100% free — always.
No minimum order, no hidden fees, no conditions.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automatic email with a tracking link (if tracking is available for your shipment).


6. Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing the order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, reshipping may require an additional fee.


7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us:

We may request photos of the damage or documentation from the carrier.
After verification, we will send a replacement item.


8. Multiple-Item Orders

Items may be produced or sent separately.
This means your order may arrive in multiple packages — at no extra cost.


9. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees in the destination country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
